Academic Support text with math symbols

Healdsburg kids need help at school. Only 38% of kids are proficient in Math and 42% in English. What’s more, kids of color perform far below their white peers on all academic indicators. (In math, they are 62% behind and in language 46% behind their peers.)

Improved Health & Safety text with bandaids

Club programs help kids avoid dangerous behaviors like gang activity or drug use. Hungry kids also receive healthy meals and we know that they will be encouraged to participate in physical activity.
