About Anita Templer
Anita’s Fund is named in honor of Anita Templer, who served as the Executive Director of both the Boys & Girls Club of Healdsburg and Windsor in the early 2000s. Anita’s leadership extended far beyond the daily operations of the Club. She understood that the well-being of members and staff required more than just a safe place to go after school. Anita made it her mission to ensure that everyone had access to the essentials—whether it was food, medical care, clothing, or other vital needs. Her unwavering compassion and dedication to helping others inspired the creation of this fund, which continues her legacy of care and support. Anita’s Fund ensures that our employees and members have a lifeline when they face unexpected challenges, embodying Anita’s spirit of care and compassion.
